Please note:

- You have 14 days of receipt to notify us of a quality concern and receive an exchange or refund.

- Customers are responsible for shipping (via courier) merchandise back to China (not to sender), and a tracking number is required for a return/exchange.

- Once we have the tracking number, the package is our responsibility. We will take care of return shipping for new merchandise. If your sent package is lost en route, an exchange is still possible.

- A small $30 fee will be applied for restocking.
